This means that Gulfnews has a Prohibited Content Categories which is why etisalat blocked this page section. I tried clicking some other pages and everything is working fine. You might be scared because even the no.1 Online news portal in Dubai is blocked and it's possible to your blog too.

I hope this is only glitches and I hope etisalat will fix it.
